Flickerfest is Australia’s largest short film competition dedicated to showcasing the very best short films from Australia and around the world.
Flickerfest 2022 Hong Kong – Best of Australian Shorts presents a selection of nine creative and beautifully-crafted Australian shorts from the Flickerfest 2022 program. From cutting-edge animation to rom-com and First Nations storytelling, the program includes diverse, innovative and inspiring short films from across Australia, united by their excellence in the short film genre.

COVID-19 Safety: All visitors will be required to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" App upon entering Tai Kwun and must either provide a COVID-19 vaccination record or the relevant exemption certificate for inspection upon request in accordance with the Vaccine Pass Direction. Masks must be worn at all times during the screening.

Weather notice: Tai Kwun’s Laundry Steps is a semi-outdoor venue, with all seating undercover. The screening will go ahead as scheduled if it is raining. In the event of a typhoon warning signal no. 8 or above, or black rainstorm signal, the screening will not go ahead.
